Glanze Clamp Parting Tool 12 mm Starter Set  - OUR VERY POPULAR GLANZE PARTING TOOLS IN A SET WITH 2 BLADES AND FOUR INSERTS !

 

These top quality parting tools are manufactured to high tolerances by Glanze. The Shank on this tool is mounted on the side of the tool and is only 12mm Square and the whole unit is only 66mm long.
These tools are very robust and easy to use. Changing a used insert is fast and easy . Low cutting forces together with a low chip forming action ensure close tolerances and fine surface finishes are achieved.

The 2 mm Parting Insert that is included with this tool is a special grade and is coated with Alumina. After this it undergoes a special treatment to reduce the roughness on the coating. The insert is held securely to a specially made steel blade which is double ended. The tool comes complete with one insert and others are readily available
